"The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Saturday the food area was clean an food was ready to go. Sunday the food was not ready and like 30 guest were all waiting for the food to be put out. My fiance went to check twice an it still wasnt much of anything. He had to tell someone at the front desk about this incident. Overall the stay was good. We were on the 1st floor. Next time we will request a room on the 3rd floor so we wont hear all the walking above us."

"After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. As a former housekeeping supervisor, I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be unacceptable. The room appeared disheveled, and the bathroom was notably unclean. This experience was particularly disappointing, as it is the first time I have encountered such conditions at a Holiday Inn, where I have consistently had positive stays in the past."

"We came back from our outing and our door was ajar. The guest above us stomped all around from 2 until 4a.m."

"The girl who checked us in seemed miserable to be there. The room was nice, clean. Beds were comfy. Tv kept losing service so we weren’t able to watch anything for more than a few minutes at a time before the connection was lost. The girl at the counter was so unpleasant we didn’t feel comfortable asking her about it. Overall The location was nice, the rooms were clean and big , and the price was great. The lady who was there the next morning when checking out was friendly and super nice! "
