The location was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I was unable to sleep after about 6am due to the sound of clanking and banging (feet maybe) above me and in the hallway. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing. Even in budget hotels, this has not been an issue. I was super tired after a 485 mile road trip and really needed to sleep.
