"Staff were ok at check in but didn’t tell us about the pool etc"

"The internet did not work during my stay. The desk attendant tried to help, but was unable to resolve the issue. The TV would not tune to a single channel, making it unusable as well. There was a dirty rag left on the dresser when I arrived, and I noticed moldy carpet in the basement parking ramp. The morning desk clerk also had difficulty listening to concerns and came across as having an attitude. Because the hotel's internet was unavailable, I had to purchase additional cellular data in order to get online. The manager was extremely difficult to reach, and when she finally responded, she apologized but offered no compensation or accommodation for the inconvenience. She told me that the internet is only an only accessible to Rewards Members. That is insane! Overall, the combination of maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, poor communication, and lack of customer service made for a disappointing stay."
