"The room was acceptable but no ventilation, little air from the window, no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Asked for fan and staff was helpful in getting one the second night- this at least moved the air some- still too hot. Air conditioning in hallway second day but no help for room. Did not use the spa or workout area. Restaurant closed earlier than Google or listed in hotel. Staff was helpful."

"I would not recommend staying here. It is not conveniently located, not close to anything that you might be interested in. Very basic amenities. New modern very basic room. Breakfast was pretty good. I found it very expensive for what they provided. I stayed in two other hotels in Reykjavik and they were considerably better value for the money."

"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

"The location of this hotel was excellent. It was close to bus stop #9 which our tour operator picked us up from. It is on a great street filled with shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was filled with a good assortment of foods. The staff was very helpful with answering my questions, getting us a taxi, and holding our luggage due to a late departure so we could still enjoy the day. And for coffee lovers, there is a Starbucks attached."

"Clean hotel and optimal location to the downtown area. Adjacent to a lot of shops as well as a grocery store to buy snacks and groceries. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!"
