"Very cool hotel! The hotel was super fun and definitely had a margaritaville vibe! Very clean! Right on the beach!! The back parking lot exit, from the building, to the trail to the beach was maybe 50 feet. Super friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! "

"About a mile walk from the main part of town, but we thought that was a plus. Beach was beautiful, with reasonably priced chairs and umbrella rentals available. The room was recently updated and clean. I wish the pool was farther away from the building so it would receive more sun during the ladder part of the day. Jax Beach is a cool little beach town. Pleasantly surprised. "

"Had a lovely suite which overlooked the pool. Nice view, but many happy and noisy children. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which we found strange. Staff very nice. Breakfast quite good. Suite nice and clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Arrived a bit early and our room was ready. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. Pool looked nice, didn't get to use it. Loved having the Lemon Bar right there and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the charm of the property and vibe of Neptune... well definitely be back for a longer stay. If i had one wish, it would be that room keys also worked on the sliding doors so that you could exit and lock from the back. "

"Delayed flight. Came in at 1:30 a.m. Front desk was closed. They close from 12:00 a.m. - 8 a.m. w/ a security guard. She was great, but we couldn't get our room. Had to find other options at 1:30 in the morning. Filed for a refund and no one has been able to contact them."

"This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on."

"Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful, except the lady that runs the kitchen for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. The front desk staff were awesome. The only other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if there were some bars to hold onto in the shower and also if there was a shelf of some kind in the shower to set things on. Thank you."
