"It was visable staring over a building and more the city. I paid extra for ocean front and that was the furthest from oceanfront. Considering we’ve stayed before and had ocean front. Very very disappointed. I was placed in a 2 bedroom room when I only booked a 1 bedroom. The whole stay from the start ruined it for me. The room was slightly dirty. Curtains and the one throw pillow. Don’t ask. Barely any utensils. No pizza cutter, scissors or even a pan for the oven. Our floor had a hard wired smoke detector that went off in the hallway for over 24 hours. Unfortunately this will be our last stay after 4 years. "

"This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise."

"The pool and beach were beautiful although difficult to get chairs. The condo was well-equipped but not very clean. Floors were filthy! Electrical outlets did not work in bathrooms. A lot of wasted time waiting on the elevator. "

"While in close proximity to the beach, this rental is quite honestly disgusting. There are bugs everywhere and I had to wear my shoes in the shower it was that disgusting. Visible signs of mold in the shower and all throughout the bathroom. The tiles are lifting in the bedroom. The property advertises free parking however there are only 7 spots for 10 vehicles. As there is no reception office - i had to text about it and did not receive a response as to where to park. I had to pay for street parking which was $85.50USD. When we arrived early I messaged about early check in and while the room wasn’t ready I was still given access to the room to put our luggage in which was nice and much appreciated but further texts about where to park went unanswered. The walls are paper thin and we could hear all conversation in the surrounding rooms, all noises (yes allllll), people showering and even hear everyone sitting in provided chairs outside. "
