歴史あるコロニアルホテルです。名門ホテルだけあってスタッフも丁寧ですし、お部屋も古いものの清潔でした。バーは眺めも良かったですし、食事も全体的に美味しかったです。立地も良かったですね。プールも小さめですが、気持ちよく泳げました。

Beautiful, well-maintained, right across from the Saigon river, in the middle of hotels and restaurants. Nice pool and workout room. Breakfast was on the second floor, which had an outdoor balcony and a huge spread.

A nice older hotel in the heart of District 1. Food choices are limited, but plenty of food choices in short walking distance near the hotel. If you want modern architecture, this is not the hotel for you. It is old school all the way.

The Majestic and Staff were the greatest. A beautiful French provincial style hotel that was impeccably cleaned, safe and very pleasurable to stay at. The front desk staff were outstanding and everybody else there was absolutely incredible. You couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s a great location right in the heart of Ho Chou Minh city and very close to museums and all major points of interest. You would love the people here they just can’t be any more helpful and sweet.

The hotel feels like you’ve entered a different time, be prepared to step back into the past, for a slice of what luxury used to be. I loved the vintage feel of the decor and styling, everything seems authentic and antique/genuine. The beds were a little uncomfortable and sagging, but the air con worked well and the staff were lovely. The rooftop hotel bar was a fun place for a drink with views and live music, but be prepared to pay upwards of $15AUD for a drink (if not more - and this includes bottled water!) I do not recommend the food, as our dinner was disappointing, overcooked and cold, and considering the price there are far better places to spend your money on drinks and dinner!

とても素敵なホテルでした。清潔でスタッフも感じ良く完璧でした。 朝食会場もメニューも豊富で日替わりもあり飽きません。スタッフの笑顔も素敵でした。M BARではあの素晴らしい眺めで飲むお酒は最高です。ぜひ訪れて欲しいです。 ひとつ残念だったのはバスローブを３日宿泊して一度しか交換して頂けなかった事ぐらいです。おすすめ出来る素晴らしいホテルでした！！

i did get an upgrade but only because of a leaking air conditioner in the room above pouring water on my balcony. the VIP access benefits were very poor ( a welcome orange juice and a spa voucher we didn’t need ).

We took the room facing the Saigon river. It was a nice room with a nice scenic view.. especially at night. The hotel is situated along one of the busiest roads in Ho Chi Minh district 1 and it is not always quiet. We could hear constant honking from our room even with the door closed. So I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking at being away from the hustle and bustle. The service staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were cleaned twice a day. The hotel has a sky bar at the 8th floor and it was nice hanging out there in the evening. I didnt like the hotel buffet, making pork and beef, both of which my husband and I dont consume. The bigger coffee machine was under repair on all the 5 days I was there. There was a replacement machine but it wasnt as great. Actually, in my opinion, the buffet spread is poor for a 5 star hotel. Some goods and bads about the hotel but it all boils down to what your priorities are and whats important for you.

交通の便、朝食、施設の清潔さは大満足でしたが、繁華街に近いとはいえ騒音（クラブの重低音）がひどく、家族が眠れない程でした。レセプションに相談したところ、すぐに代わりの部屋を用意、また翌日レイトチェックアウトのサービスをしてくださったのでプラスとなりましたが、もったいないと思いました。老舗ホテルの力で、周りのクラブの騒音管理ができないのかなあ。

First class service at all levels- room service, help with travel arrangements- they were eager and waiting to help. Hotels tend to be modernist clones- so much so that you don’t know what city you are in when you wake up.. The Hotel Majestic has the feel of French elegance in 1920s Saigon. I loved it.

For a 5 star hotel I expect service to be impeccable. We did receive an upgrade on our room which was nice. We never had enough towels. Only 2/day for a family of four. Prices for the minibar and room service seemed quite high. A salmon steak dinner was $30 USD which is the same as home. We ordered this 2 nights and the 2nd night they brought the incorrect meal and it took another 30 min to correct. The breakfast was pretty good. I thought the location was okay. It was very hot and we have young kids and most of the places we wanted to see were 20-35 min walks from the hotel which is not easy with young kids. But we were discouraged by many people including the hotel to not use taxis. So many warnings of safety too which made it uncomfortable to stray from from the hotel as a family. The car to and from the airport was quite expensive too at 1.6M dong. We had an early international flight back to LAX and wanted to get to the airport at 430 for a 730 flight. They initially told my husband to just get a cab in the morning. What hotel does not set up airport transfer when requested?!? We did not want to be hailing a cab w 2 sleeping kids and all our luggage at 4 am. The hotel agreed to set up a car but they would not leave any sooner than 415 so by the time we arrived we were at the back of a very long line for the ticket counter then customs then security. We have traveled a ton with children and know what we need. The service is lacking at the hotel.
