Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If faulty towers had been designed like Mar a Lago, you would have this place. All the glitz and glamour,but room service only every 2 days with no fresh towels. Chandelier in the lobby but with all the lights turned off to save power in the evening. Staff sleep on the golden couches in the lobby and treat you as in interruption to their day. If you have another ther choice of hotel, Take it.
