Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Hotel did not provide any check-in information. When I reached out to arrange airport pick up, there was no response via phone or expedia messaging. I showed up to the property and there was no front desk to help. Expedia representative tried to contact the hotel and there was no response. Do not book!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My family and I had a terrible experience with this property. We were a group of 10 arriving in Ho Chi Minh City after a long trip. Before our arrival, I contacted the host several times through Expedia to confirm check-in, but they never responded. When we arrived, we were completely ghosted. There was no one to check us in, no instructions, and no way to reach the host. We were left stranded in a foreign city with our luggage and family, which was incredibly stressful and upsetting. We were lucky to find another hotel nearby, but because it was a last-minute booking, we ended up paying almost twice as much. It cost us extra money, valuable vacation time, and caused unnecessary stress. We’ve been loyal Expedia customers for years, so it’s very disappointing to see a listing like this on such a trusted platform. A host who abandons paying guests should not be allowed to continue taking bookings. I hope Expedia removes this listing so other travelers don’t have to go through the same experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.!!!
