The staff is wonderful and accommodating- Receptionist Phuong is extremely helpful and friendly- with a very nice breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am the suits everyoneโ€™s taste buds- make sure you book your next stay at A&EM Petit Hotel

Nice little hotel in district one. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and it was super affordable to people on a budget like myself. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

There are two main receptionists who are very helpful! Room condition is cleaner than other places which in the same rated. The only thing Iโ€™m uncomfortable that the food area has flies.

The furniture in the bedroom was COMPLETELY different than that on the pictures online. I chose this hotel based on the online pictures which looked nice. The reality once I arrived was extremely disappointing. I would NEVER have chosen a hotel room that looked the way my room looked. The pictures on the website are a complete lie!

Lived there for 4 days, location is good, short walk to shops/markets/restaurants and its not to much noise. But im sorry to say..The hotel itself is very worn down. Had a cockroach in the bath, and tinytiny ants everywhere.The toilet flusher got hanged up almost every time, had to open the lid to fix it temporaly. The shower/bath was broken, and only had lunk/cold water. There were lots of staines and holes/broken furniture and didnt feel so clean i all. There were some black mold and moist damage.
