"Run down hotel. Room ceiling dropping, dirty carpet, tile grout dirty, tub made of garage sink material, shower head leaked, crack in bathroom sink, toilet very low and did not have a cover, large paint chip off of door frame in toilet area, pool green with algae, halls needing paint or ?? just terrible. I thought that because I had our persian cat with us, they thought they needed to give me a terrible, dirty room but why then collect a deposit for one night? I won't stay here again and will not recommend. "

The staff was uninterested and took several hours to get answers or resolutions - which were often not resolved. The carpet both in the room and the hallways appeared to be dirty and very worn. The majority of the hotel was shut down - three restaurants, etc., the salon, whatever."
