"Run down hotel. Room ceiling dropping, dirty carpet, tile grout dirty, tub made of garage sink material, shower head leaked, crack in bathroom sink, toilet very low and did not have a cover, large paint chip off of door frame in toilet area, pool green with algae, halls needing paint or ?? just terrible. I thought that because I had our persian cat with us, they thought they needed to give me a terrible, dirty room but why then collect a deposit for one night? I won't stay here again and will not recommend. "

"The night we checked in, I called Wyndam to complain about the facilities and everyone else. The staff was uninterested and took several hours to get answers or resolutions - which were often not resolved. There were only two plugs in the room, one of which was plugged into an extension cord. There were no USB plugs whatsoever. The carpet both in the room and the hallways appeared to be dirty and very worn. The majority of the hotel was shut down - three restaurants, etc., the salon, whatever."

"The bathroom tub and surround was disgusting. The shower curtain was also filthy. The bed spread has cigarettes burns all over it. The table the TV was on the.leg was about to fall off. This place could use some work for sure. I don't recommend it. Wish I could get my money back."

"Hello, when we arrived at the hotel and walked in it was like a ghost town. I stood there looking around wondering who was going to check me in as I stood there your employee walked out with a straight face and had no personality at all. The beds were uncomfortably and rhe the toilet wouldn’t flush good and the walls were paper thin so I got to listen to the guy in the room next to me snore all night. "
