I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.

"Not really a "hotel", just a old house converted into a handful of suites, each with bedroom and bathroom. Easy to park, I was texted a key code for the front door and my room door before I arrived. Large room with everything needed for a stay, including a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Basic items for provided for breakfast and snacks."

This is a very cute little roadside motel - the rooms are more like tiny bungalows than a hotel room. Everything was clean and well cared for.
