"Great hotel with a great receptionist, very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, tidy and in keeping with the hotels luxurious theme. Parking was easy too. The bed was too comfortable that I overslept and missed breakfast."

"Nothing wrong with the hotel per say, the pre-requisite of checking in takes longer than it needs to be and the inital deposit for the room (incase you charge anything back to it) is not very forthwith considering its £100 which is on the costly side for a deposite. Im still waiting for it to be released back to me. A simple card check would have suffied. Unfortunately the spa facilities were closed during my stay."
