"The property was beautiful and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was one of the best that we have had. The staff was gracious and accommodating. We will stay there again if we are in the area."

"The room was ok we usually stay in a room in the front of the building. We heard the traffic and there was some weird sounds like something was leaking. Breakfast was really crowded the only one keeping things flowing is the sweet gal that we have seen many times. She is lovely, talks with everyone and again keeps the area going which was great. "フロントのスタッフは皆優しく、言葉が通じにくくても翻訳を使って説明をしてくれました。エレベーターの近くの部屋で、うるさいかもしれないということで耳栓を渡してくれたけど、そんなに気になることもなくホテルの周りも静かな環境だったこともあり、ゆっくりと休むことができました。日用品店までは少し歩くけど、いざという時でも行ける距離だったので足りないものを買い足すことができて助かりました。立地も多くを望まなければ不満はないです。"

"As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see...

"Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet location. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with us on our arrival time. We were originally arriving after midnight but they let us change dates to not arrive so late since they close at 10. Even before changing they were willing to work with us to get us checked in late. Very friendly upon arrival and departure. Clean and cozy rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"Lousy breakfast"

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. My husband got food poisoning after drinking the milk served at the hotel’s breakfast, which ruined part of our trip. The hotel is also located right beside a very busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even with the complimentary earplugs provided by the hotel, the traffic noise was unbearable. We would not stay here again."

"Really, really nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The only problem was the location - it's not far from downtown but you kind of have to cross a freeway to get there. However, there is a lovely and very walkable park just down the road. So all in all, A+ all the way!"

"Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice."

"Really need to revise the description of the property. It’s listed as “2 queen beds”. There’s ONE queen bed, and a Murphy bed that requires a separate request of the host to prepare. It’s misleading. The property is listed as “breakfast included”, but there’s only cold cereal and a pint of milk. That’s all. No toast, nuthin else. cereal and a pint of 2%."
