Great property hidden in the trees, great breakfast, pool and hot tub area aside from very slippery floors when wet, and a kiddo slipping and falling, was great for the kids and adults to unwind. Convenient to food, gas and town. Easy check in. Our pet was welcomed with us. Overall great stay thank you

This is a good hotel to stay at, safe, clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast. However, online it’s stated they have laundry, they DO NOT. We booked here due to the listing of laundry so we could wash some clothes before moving on and were disappointed when we were informed they actually didn’t have them.

Honestly, it seemed really kind of ran down. I checked in for my youngest art to six sons birthday party. He wanted a pool party with a few of his families friends and Brother and Sister and the pool was 60°. The kids were freezing, but the staff was very helpful and very understanding. I was told the manager is going to give me a full refund. I’m just hoping that Expedia honors that as well and give me my full refund it. Was it overall. Tell her experience I cried, and so did my autistic son I’m hoping I get my full refund and they honor what they said.
