There is construction in progress on the property that i was not made aware of. However, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff was first rate. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee, water, and tea available anytime. Very quiet. Only complaint, TV service was aweful.

Beware…Building under renovation. Luke warm water in shower, no hair dryer, ran out of Kleenex, our friends room had battery missing from of smoke detector, no coat hangers. Room was clean overall and quiet.staff pleasant, breakfast just ok.pool area clean .

The hotel is under construction which was not mentioned and should have been. An inconvenient alternate entrance is in use, and the place stinks of building site. Whilst there was a lot of choice overall, the hot breakfast was microwaved frozen food and yet there was a tip jar. The room was perfectly adequate although I would have liked to be able to draw the blinds up even if the view was the roof top. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and polite and rescued the whole experience

It’s under repair construction, they serve breakfast and have 24hr water/coffee/tea. Pool and jacuzzi is nice and only thing I didn’t like was the fridge you had to turn on every 2hrs because it automatically turns off without option to override it. Should’ve just brought a cooler since they have a ice machine

The renovated rooms are a steal at the rate I paid. Plus you get pretty descent continental breakfast, the coffee is good for being complementary as well. I high recommend if you get the room on the cheaper side. Yeah, there’s construction, just stay on the upper floors if you’re concerned. If you’re gone during the day, like me, you won’t get bothered.

Despite the ongoing renovation, the check-in experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d like to give special thanks to Abraham, the breakfast attendant. He was incredibly kind and attentive, even though he was handling a large crowd on his own. I noticed that he kept a smile on his face the entire time and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great experience.

Room was great besides the heater not working! They offered to move us rooms to accommodate us but we didn’t see the point since we were leaving the following day. They did give us extra blankets so we were fine! Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing and clean and warm! Great stay! Will book again for sure!
