"You get what you pay for. Needs major help. Walking in smelled not great. Got in my room and they sprayed like a bottle of perfume in it. Was so bad I had to open the windows and even that didn’t help. Windows didn’t lock at all and was broken. The place needed help, but the staff was great. "

"Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort. "

"We stay once a year but the pool seems to always be closed. I was over charged for our deposit since we weren’t asked if we’re leaving our car or needing the shuttle. "

"Yes. Room was a handicapped room, shower only 1 person at a time. Staff should have made us aware and we would've upgraded to a 2 person room. Plenty of shopping. Not pleased 😕 "

"Comfortable. I am curious as to why a hotel with full refrigerator, cook top, microwave and toaster did not have any cooking utensils or plates, etc.? Most travelers do not bring all those items with them."
