"Staff didn’t seem to care. There was a flight cancellation which meant long waits for check in and to use the lift. Told I couldn’t use dining facilities due to the flight cancellation. Was put in a wheelchair access room which meant the sink was low and water ever After a shower. No fridge. Nowhere for a suitcase. On the plus it was very handy for the train/bus station"

"Only used hotelto sleep before very early get up the next money. The bed was shockingly uncomfortable. It was a solid base with a topper on, but what do you expect for the cheapness of the room"

"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."

"So conveniently close to the Manchester airport. We were able to walk over in 2 minutes. The staff was lovely and fulfilled every need we had.(extra towels and toilet tissue). The front desk recommended the Turkish restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious. We would stay here again for sure."

"Check in easy,room perfect,stay A+++..transfer to the station,perfect,young gentleman helped us with cases..my only complaint is clayton airport transfer....the gentleman who.picked us up from airport at 23:00 did little to offer a couple in 60s any help with luggage,very poor effort.."

Nothing against the staff as they did their best, but the idea you have to check in using the QR code is a flawed process and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in which is totally unacceptable. Many people were trying and failing to use the code to check in, causing staff to have to intervene in most cases and it just seemed to become more complex if you "booked last minute using an external...
