Checked for us to see if room was ready so we were able to check in early. So happy to be close to the Exeter Chiefs ground, very handy. Lovely bar area, good choice of bar food and drinks. Definitely would stay again and would recommend. Great that the parking is free also. "

"Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Maybe we were just unlucky with our apartment allocation. "
