"The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was extremely small for 3, but this is a budget Hôtel. There were no vending machines, only a desk clerk with a mini fridge. Finding the Hôtel was very difficult for us. Apparently the parking is meant to be in the parking garage immediately next door. We had no information on where to park and after much time wasted we finally chanced a random spot in the parking garage. Later, the desk clerk said we could have parked any where in there...

"Struttura molto particolare vicino al un mulino. Molto bello il ristorante sia come arredi che come panorama. Abbiamo anche cenato mangiando molto bene. Volendo trovare un neo: la ns camera era in una struttura separata dal blocco principale (diciamo a qualche centinaio di metri) che per la colazione può essere un po' scomodo. Avevamo esigenza di fare colazione alle 7.30, ma il buffet non era ancora completamente allestito."

"Je suis ravie de cet hôtel que j'avais initialement choisi car disposant d'une climatisation (ce qui à Versailles n'est pas le cas partout). Accueil chaleureux et compétent, personnel souriant. Chambre joliment décorée et de bonne taille (je séjournais seule mais aime avoir de la place) donnant sur l'espace Richaud. Bon équipement : minibar (appréciable par fortes chaleurs), bouilloire (faire un thé), téléphone. Petit déjeuner correct (plutôt continental avec de vraies oranges pressées + œufs,...

"The staff were helpful in spite of the language barrier, air conditioning was very poor. Gardens looked dry, not a lush as they appeared on their website."

"A lovely well appointed room in a pretty town near Giverny. We were sad to only have a short night there so we couldn’t try the spa or restaurant."

"Room was good, we went with a dog and had good space overall. The bathroom was a little small but had all we need even a bath tube. Breakfast had all we need, I could wish me oat milk but they had coffee out of a machine. Crossaints was great as usual in France. Sufficient parking was on site. Close to the hotel is a commercial center."

"Comfortable lounging area off the lobby. Location is well served by public transportation. Small grocery store nearby. I would say one drawback was that the bathroom/toilet area was smelly and dusty."

"It was a good location, and had a good bathroom but that is where it stopped. They also penalized me for booking the wrong day even after making the request to change days, which was to book the next day. I had also prepaid for the day booked. So paid for two days and only stayed for one!"

"Beautiful hotel. Parking was difficult. A female staff member that works during the day is very rude and was not helpful at all with any of our questions. It was as if we were bothering her. The afternoon and evening staff were wonderful. Helped with parking and just general questions."

"The floor fans could use some filter cleaning. Also, the restroom sink was clogging on us. Other than that, the apartment is great and walking distance to the center of Lucern for restaurants and shopping."
