"Overall, it's a good place to stay and I would have no problem recommending. Location is excellent, very close to Bay Station and building is new and modern. Whole foods in close proximity. I would subtract a few points for: tiny kitchen - literally about a square foot for food preparation; non stick "for-ever chemical" pots and pans, minor repairs needed in suite including peeling panels at base of kitchen counter. Gym is large and pretty well equipped, but with suboptimal quality stationary...

"The Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were a joy to deal with and made everything from check in/out to the breakfast buffet easy. We stayed two nights with our 1 year old and they were able to provide a crib. The room was tight with the crib but we were there for the Jays game and to explore the city. Not stay in an our room for extended periods of time. This was our first time staying here and if the price is affordable in the future it won’t be our last."

"Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again"

"I booked the room with a private bathroom, and while it was extremely small, it was fantastic for a single traveler and I got a great sleep both nights I was there, as there was a fan, the room got pitch black, and there was no noise in the hallways at all. The location is great, in China Town, and near hundreds of great shops. The lady (didn't get her name) who checked me in was very nice, and the cleaning lady (Lianz) was awesome, very friendly and super happy. Anytime I want to be near the hustle and bustle of Toronto and am traveling solo, I'd be happy to stay here!"

"We arrived at 7:30 AM, Well before the check in, before even entering the property we were greeted by staff and they offed us an early check in for no additional cost. Our room had a double bed and a single. This hotel has features a lot of others forget, I.e plates, cutlery, a toaster and popcorn bowl. AC the room. For the price and location it’s hard to beat"
