"For a 3 night stay we ended up in 3 different rooms. When we checked in and went to our first room we saw a mouse run under the door and into the room. We went to the front desk and requested a different room. The following day while in the shower the drain clogged. We called the front desk and they sent someone up who wasn't able to fix it. They then moved us to our third room, which worked. We checked out the following day, I won't be returning to this hotel."

"The staff were surprisingly unaware of local tours. Some handed us pamphlets, some searched Google for us, but none could provide informed recommendations.
We were hoping to get insider information (not available through Google) from people who live in the area and work in the hospitality industry, but failed to do so.
Room was fine though. Gym was fine. Pool was nice when it wasn't overcrowded."

"We checked in after a mixup with another hotel, we were staying in Halifax for my girlfriends birthday. Our room smelled really bad. The pool was not opened and we were not made aware until after our reservation. The bar was closed with no bartender the whole day. Breakfast was another fee, basically after paying a ridiculous amount of money there were fees for everything. The customer service...
