Great place to stay in hakodate

Conveniently located a short walk away from train station, with convenience stores and eateries nearby , reception was warm and welcoming , the room was a traditional tatami type furnishing, spacious clean and comfortable.

素泊まりで利用させていただきました。 フロントの方の感じがとても良く親切にしていただきました。また、ロビーに無料の飲み物やクレンジング等のアメニティがありとても良かったです。 建物が古い割にはお部屋の清掃も行き届いており快適だったのですが… ユニットバスが残念過ぎました… 構造上仕方ないのかもしれませんがカビがとても気になりました。シャワーカーテンは綺麗でした。 そして壁と天井の2箇所に短めの毛が付着していました。ユニットバスというのはどうしても風通しが悪くなってしまうので仕方ないといえば仕方ないのかもしれませんが毛はかなり気になりました…。 シャワーも少し弱めに感じます。 大浴場もあるようなのですがそちらは今回利用しなかったのでわかりません。 低価格な割に接遇もよくサービスも良かっただけにとても残念でなりません。 これからも頑張ってください。

酒店離jr 站5-8分鐘腳程，基本上一條直路，最後轉灣就到，鄰近亦有市電站，很方便。由kr 站走過來的路上有很多居酒屋，很好吃。房間空間不大，但可開到2個gip, 酒店房隔音不好，會聽到其走人在走廊走路聲音，酒店有大浴場，但有分不同時段給男或女使用，沒有時間參觀。

走廊雖有煙味，但房間裡內拉門一拉就完全隔絕

Very friendly staff, good stay!

Good: It’s so cheap compared to other hotels in Hakodate, and the location is very good, it’s just 2 minutes off from tram station, and not too far from Hakodate station. There’s one enormous supermarkets with food and cosmetics right next to the hotel, making it extra convenient to seek food/ souvenirs. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! I love their friendliness and detailed work. Bad: The room is a bit dated, but we got a bonus: a public bath that wasn’t mentioned in Hotels.com Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel to other’s when staying in Hakodate!

overall is good. we stayed for 3 nights and was snowing. the breakfast is not buffet. the staff will serve you which i quite like it.we parked the car opposite of the hotel.¥500 per night. we like the onsen.

Good place to stay in the heart of Hakodate. Short walk to the train station and right off of a major road/strip of restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly—room clean, just a bit small and stuffy. But that is to be expected.

Small room but arranged nicely. The location was just around the corner from the tram so we didn’t have to walk far to access public transportation. We especially liked the hot soaking bath available to guests. They offered a variety of breakfasts to suit everyone’s taste. We would stay here again.

毎度利用させてもらってますが 毎度チェックインの際に館内の説明を受けます。宿泊履歴とか残ってないのかなと疑問に思う。よってチェックイン時に無駄な時間がかかる。駐車場は1泊500円と良心的です。事前に2泊分の駐車料金を支払ったが、後々2泊目はクルマを使わないことになりフロントに伝えたところ2泊目の駐車料金を返金してくれました。この辺の対応は早かったです。 全体的に老朽化が気になります。 全ての部屋が対象ではないと思いますが 部屋の浴槽や壁などいろいろ汚いです。
