"First of all, say that the hotel system gives you a room, it has nothing to do with the reception. The system awarded me a room that was not very prepared yet, it smelled a lot of paint and had no little soaps, but without any problem I told Paul and he assigned me in another room much better with everything I needed. He was very friendly at all times with me, helpful apologized and gave incredible attention. No noise to sleep, the bed was a little soft on the mattress, but I was able to rest well, they go every day to check you out and clean the room and ask you if you need anything. and check out at 11:00 pm."

"Older style hotel but it is being kept in excellent condition. The staff were all outstandingly helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Top marks. Couple of minor negatives. Our room was directly under the Dining area and it was very noisy when people were walking around overhead and the old floors really creaked. Apart from that, we were really happy with our room. It’s only a small thing, we know, but for those who care about their coffee, the expensive looking automatic coffee machine is simply not up to the task."
