"A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel, if you rent a car, much useful. Staff at the place were very friendly and helpful. Much recommended. P.S it is on a hill so you have to walk up a steep incline to get to the hotel but that’s standard with most countries."

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special.
