"The welcoming feeling starts the second you get out of the cab in front of the resort. The staff is there to greet you and to assist with your luggage. The front desk staff is there to help you check in quickly and assist with anything you need. I even got a call one morning to see how our room was and if we needed anything. Restaurant staff and dining hall again was very on point with their service. However the pool and outside bar staff AMAZING. Couldn't believe that my favorite pool side waiter remembered us from 2 years ago and just like the first year we were there he took amazing care of us. JORGE top notch service and a huge reason we will continue to come back. Was very sad to find out Victor was on vacation but Miguel stepped it up. The resort is beautiful, beach was clean and I will come back again and again. Thank you to all!"

"When we first got there, we had asked to switch rooms because the room we got was extremely small, and there were multiple things falling apart with the room. Once we upgraded our room, the room was perfect. It had enough space and seemed to be a more updated room. The staff was incredible and so nice and helpful throughout the hotel however, the check in staff weren’t very friendly (except for Laura). Overall we had a great stay"
