"Air con did not work room very warm through the night. Breakfast not very nice "

"Room was fine although a bit tired but the whole hotel was extremely stuffy and hot. Myself and all my colleagues all felt this and the air con didn’t work in rooms. This meant window as open and noise of trains all night. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases the day we arrived. The next day, the restaurant was closed and a new guest was hovering around outside trying to find a way to check in. It's not set up like a normal hotel, so, beware. Once we had our keys, it was fine. Entrance is around back and up stairs with a locked (keypad) door."

"Nice location close to nearby Greenwich, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Cycleway 4 runs along Creek Rd at the front of the hotel and provides excellent access into central London. The hotel itself is modern and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. "

"Convenient location for Greenwich town centre and train station. Room was perfectly clean and tidied daily, however there are scuffs and marks in the bathroom and in the main sleeping area which could easily be sorted. Breakfast is OK but I've yet to receive a warm welcome, and it's hit and miss as to what's available. For the price, I would expect more e.g. items topped up, yoghurts etc."

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Good location, friendly staff…. Rooms a bit tired and shower drain was blocked, flooded the bathroom, not ideal!"
