"great room had everything I needed, Staff very friendly and polite"

"The room was clean with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board if you needed them. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. A 20 minute walk from O2."

"We stay are this hotel for 5 days. The place was very dirty. We walked into blood on the toilet seat. Poo stains on the toliet bowl. Washroom sink hole was grungy and had a smell. The top of the tap was literally so disgusting. And the room seemed like it had mold. We kept coughing so much and the air was so dry. The room walls looked like it was falling apart in the bottom. It seems like the cleaners stole our stuff or threw it out but a lot of our stuff were missing when we got back from our day. Every time they clean our rooms we are missing towels. Having a toddler and constantly asking for towels is so stressful. For a room that costs $1300 plus I would’ve expected more ! Overall, the convince of the hotel was good( location)."

"Stayed in the cabin bed. However cleaning and banging till around 2am. Then again around 6am. Not ideal as the room is also subject to the exit door/night door and banging etc when people coming in with no sense of respect for others trying to get a rest. However it looks great and the pub/restaurant is great."

"Our room must have been near the water tank (323) as there was constant noise from the water pipes. Could have done with a sieve/colander too. Bathroom and bedroom were excellent though and reception staff were superb. "
