"i get to the hotel and i made sure i reserved a no smoking room and got a room that smelt like it was hotboxed by cigarettes, guy up front wanna charge me 20$ extra on top of the booking to change my room than i go ahead and get another room and they put a charge of 99$ when i didn’t even pay thru them !
