"I’m not sure if this is bad luck or just bad timing. The hotel is located in a very remote part of the airport terminal. There is a bridge that connects you but the moving walkway was not in service the three days we were there. A few minutes after turning the AC on, water starts coming out of nowhere and my floor gets full of puddles. The staff was very responsive and quickly cleaned up the mess. When we arrived the desk manager was able to take our luggage up on the chair lift, but we left at 6:30 AM when the office wasn't open, so had to move suitcases down the stairs. There is a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open, so we walked about 3 blocks and found some adequate pizza."
