"This was our second time staying at this B&B. It’s nothing fancy but incredible quaint and actually quite lovely. The owner is adorable and wants to please. She is so sweet. She doesn’t speak English so a translator app is sometimes needed to communicate. Breakfast consists of pastries, yogurt, and cereal. The owner personally brews your espresso/ Cappuccino/coffee. Our room consisted of a king bed and a twin. It included A/C, tv, balcony and separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a small shower stall (larger people may not fit). The B&B is located in a small town that’s walkable to restaurants and public trains into Rome but yet very close to the FCO airport. I highly recommend this B&B. We did have an issue on the first visit as we booked a two bed room since we are two friends (not married). Due to a miscommunication with Expedia, she assumed that the two people would share a bed. It worked out fine since it was a king bed but I would verify two beds through email for the next visit. Still, highly recommend this B&B."

"Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was very clean, which I really appreciated, and the location was convenient for the airport. I also loved that they offered a shuttle service to the airport. It was €10 per person, which felt a little pricey considering the airport is only about 10 minutes away, but it was still the best option for us since taxis can cost much more. The check-in process was a little frustrating at first because everything is done online and there was no one there to greet us when we arrived around 3 PM. I definitely recommend completing the online check-in several hours before arriving so you have the door access information ready. Once that was done, getting in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable overall, but I was very cold at night. The bed only had a sheet instead of a blanket, and even with the heater, I really wished I had a warm blanket for comfort. One thing I would recommend is having some kind of vending machine or food/snack options available for guests who arrive later in the day. There weren’t many convenient options nearby for grabbing something to eat, which would have been helpful. Overall, a clean and convenient option near the airport, and I really appreciated the shuttle service. ❤️"

"Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00. The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well. Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles. The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes."
