"Everything was very good; the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was excellent. The only thing that wasn't excellent was that, apparently, not all of the elevators in the Skyrise tower were working, and the wait was horrible—you could spend up to 20 minutes waiting for an elevator!"

"The LINQ property is nicely maintained, my room was large and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are good in-resort dining options and lots of other fun choices in the nearby LINQ Promenade behind the main building. Reasonable walking distance from Sphere. My frustration was with both check-in and check-out. I requested and paid for early check-in after arrival and the app stated that I would an email when my room was ready. I never got such an email. I ended up checking in at the regular time, and then the next day on my invoice found I had still been charged for early check-in. The front desk staff agreed to "comp" the charge, but acted like they were doing me a big favor when in reality I never got a service I paid for. The vague explanation was that as soon as I had completed Express check-in, I should have known to go to the desk to ask about my room. Then why do express check-in online? And if that's the process, just let the guest know up front. Later, when I clicked the Express check-out button, because the app stated I could schedule my check-out, I was checked out automatically and had to call the front desk to correct this as well. The front desk staff commented, "It happens to everyone!" Then maybe it's time to revisit that feature of the app to make it more user-friendly. I suppose I would stay here again to be close to Sphere, but I wouldn't even bother trying to check in or check out until the precise times of regular check-in and actual check-out. "

"Check in was confusing a the kiosk, does not tell you that it will email you a rm number. Dirty towel left in the middle of the shower. Terrible repetitive loud noise like an engine in room 52024 (could not fix) No remote in room, had to call guest services/housekeeping. First night there was no AC. Called guest services for instructions, followed them. Set at 60, never got below 74... had a terrible nights sleep, called again in the AM, it was fixed when I returned that night. Never could get a lounge chair at the pool. Tried 3 times. Too much real estate taken up to charge customers. I already paid for a pool amenity in resort fee and for the room, should have a place to lay if I want to go to the pool.. shouldn't have to pay again. There isn't this problem at a regular hotel. At 9:30 am on Sunday, May 30th while eating breakfast in the Fulton Cafe, a large cockroach strolled across the floor between the table in front of me. The patron at that table saw it, and told her husband.. before I could snap a picture her husband got up and threw a napkin on it and smashed it with his foot. I wanted to tell someone. It was unnerving. This was the only time I ate onsite. Playing slots was disgusting. The counter area where people put there drinks was sticky and so were the buttons. Good thing I brought my disinfectant. I went to the same machine twice, it was never cleaned. I just got a pending charge that is more than is owed, so I have to deal with that now."
