"A beautiful resort where all the staff are friendly, helpful and make your stay wonderful. The food variety, taste and freshness is amazing. All the grounds are spotless and the pools glistening. A quieter resort which was nicer for us than other holidays, so the music isn’t overwhelming but offers enough entertainment to keep the little kids and aquafit goers happy! We would go again and it’s only 15 mins from the biggest waterpark in the world Siam Park. Couldn’t fault it. Thanks Barceló...

"Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should...

"our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! "

Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. "To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....
