"The room was okay and had some very basic kitchenware. It does cater to bikers. The check-in process was awful. You have to use a kiosk outside the building and the screen was in full sun and almost impossible to read so was frustrating to input needed info. The other people in line had the same problem. The hotel should have fix this. But the biggest problem is that we arrived on Sunday to discover that the hotel provided no services (except breakfast which we didn’t want) on weekends, and then that because Monday was a national holiday, there were no services either. Services included not having an employee around. We needed to contact someone and called numbers provided. No one returned the call. They should alert potential guests very clearly when they make a reservation so it’s the guests decision."

"Very well located, but tired. We booked a standard room via Hotels.com . Problem was that the hotel have " various standard rooms advertised under the same category with photographs showing different rooms. Problem is you do not know which room you are booking. For me it turns out that i was given the smallest room possible with less than half the room area of the standard rooms and difficult access to the bed if there are two of you ...so WARNING - beware of booking a standard room ay this hotel thinking you are going to get one thing when you may be given a room you would never have intended to book!!! The hotel was not able to move me to an alternative room on the first night , told me to come back to reception the next morning and ":staff may be able to move subject to availability but not guaranteed." As we were going on a sightseeing trip it was not practical to go to reception the following morning. Will not be returning to the hotel unless they in future specify clearly what you are booking !!"

"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"
