"Room was very dirty, with cobra webs hanging from the ceiling and coving. The walls were very dirty with marks and filth. The radiator had what looked like 2 spots of spit on it. The shower tiles were black with mould and showing their age. Bottom of the room door was all damaged and paint missing/flaking. Not what I expected for an £160 a night stay. No milk for the tea/coffee and not topped up. The lift was very old and was worried we we be trapped in it, as was making all sorts of noises. Would not stay here again."
