Top Glasgow Hotel Reviews

Point A Glasgow
8/10 Good
"The hotel is nice, close to the main shopping streets. The room has all the modern amenities, with central controls for the air conditioning, lights, etc. (good). The room is small, but adequate. We arrived at the hotel very early and knew the room wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM, so we waited until check-in time. Our luggage was still at reception. Perhaps the reception staff weren't the friendliest, but..."

"We had wrote down that it was my birthday, when we arrived we were told we had an upgrade to an Executive Room, and what a lovely cosy room it was. When we were getting sorted we noticed they had left me a lovely birthday card which was a total surprise. Staff were amazing, every last one of them."

Fraser Suites Glasgow

"Lady at the service desk was not very helpful regarding parking. Garage is next to the hotel and not owned by the property. Still, would be helpful if the staff could provide more guidance. We were also not told the room key needs to be placed in the room to turn on power."

Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort
2/10 Terrible
"A terrible hotel to stay at, would not recommend to anyone. My parents and I stayed here last winter and to say it is disgusting and rundown is an understatement. We were put in a room with a broken window that had black tape all around it (still managed to be broken), up above the dumpsters and car park so it was gross and noisy, the shower/bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE, and the manager and cleaning staff did not care. We complained that night and the front desk staff apologized (he was very kind) and said they were fully booked for some conference and couldn't move rooms, and went to the back room to speak to the manager a few times and then finally said we would get a reduction on the price when we checked out. 30 minutes later he came to our door additionally offering free breakfast the next morning, so we accepted bc why not. The breakfast isn't work a pound, it was very bad. Then on checkout we speak to the manager - same manager that was working the night before and couldn't be bothered to come outside of her office and speak to us right then and there. Says there was a miscommunication and the breakfast was our compensation, and we wouldn't get a reduction because we paid through Expedia. Last I checked you got the money .... so you have the money to provide a refund .... Expedia doesn't hold onto the money indefinitely. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from a manager, would have been solved if she'd bothered to do her job the night before. 0/10, would not stay."

"Lovely hotel, little bit of a maze finding where to go. Huge room which was a surprise but loved as I like to put the bag down and empty!"
