I would like to start by apologising again for the date mix up with your reservation due to the weather conditions. This was an error on our part that meant we were sold out with no availability to check you in when you arrived. In the 35 minutes that you waited for this to be resolved you were updated numerous times about the situation to keep you informed, I am sorry if this was not acceptable.As a gesture of goodwill we offered a bottle of wine or champagne to the room and breakfast for the two mornings complimentary which you declined. We settled on 60.00 to be compensated from the 170.00 fee from your first night stay. This is a total of 35% reduction.
