The hotel has an incredible view of the Giza Pyramids, especially from the rooftop it’s the perfect place to relax, take photos, and enjoy breakfast or sunset. The rooms were clean, new, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. They also helped us arrange tours and transportation, which made exploring Cairo easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service. "I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
