"We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!"

"Expedia information was not accurate. Description stated free airport shuttle, & driver and staff were unaware of this. They did provide free shuttle and was excellent service, but did not know it was listed as included. A “free manager’s evening reception” was listed, but staff had no idea about that. Checkout time was listed as 12:00, but staff arrived at 10:00 stating that checkout was 10:00. Kitchen had no dishes or cutlery available. Staff were lovely and tried to help as best they could....
