Good day. Thankyou for your review and we are truly appreciate this. Just an information for you, the tourism tax is hotel side collect on behalf of our Royal Malaysia Custom Department (RMCD). It is RM10 ringgit per night will be collected on foreigner who holding non-Malaysian passport. All of the hotel have the responsibility to collect it and remit to government. First time staying after recommendation from my brother who always stay here when in Penang. A clean hotel and the room was big. Parking was easy as I could get a lot right on hotel site. Walking to restaurants and coffee shops for delicious local food.

Your hotel choice in Georgetown!

Excellent room condition except that the sound proofing between rooms can be improved. Location is fantastic as it was easily accessible and lots of food choices surrounding the hotel.

New comfort in Penang

A new hotel and hence, all facilities were very clean and new. Comfortable room except will be useful to have a mirror in the room itself instead of having to use the mirror in the toilet. For coffee making facilities, need to have better coffee packets and more packets of creamers. Main disadvantage of this hotel is not sufficient parking spaces. Even the roadside parking is full at night. Overall, very polite staff and good services and the minor issues mentioned above are more for future improvement. I will still stay in this hotel if I go to Penang again and will also recommend it to my friends and relatives.
