"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. "The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."

"The experience here was 12/10! We stayed here over the course of a couple of days for a wedding we were attending and this place is a must stay if you're in the area. The staff were wonderful across the board and the hotel itself is situated in a very scenic, peaceful area.
