Room was a little tight for my wheelchair but all in all the room was great. The automatic door entering and exiting the room was a major surprise, every hotel should have this feature in their wheelchair accessible rooms.

Best Western Plaza Inn
The room was spotless the staff were courteous and breakfast was very good. However, the black out drape was broken. Highly recommend Best Western.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown
Room was cleanwith great bed and sheets. Staff was very friendly and provided fresh clean towels every day. However, breakfast was below par with over cooked eggs and limited variety.
