This property is not as advertised at all!, there is excessive water damage in the room with the wallpaper peeling off and in some places stapled to the wall (very little effort done to make it habitual) possibility some mould growing behind it as it was growing on the shower curtain. The room did not latch and being open to the outside means its easy to break in. As for cleanliness it is a mess, dead bugs, spider webs and stains on all the furniture and the towels look like they come used with makeup on them already.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riviera. The room was clean, large and well equipped and we really liked having our car at our door. The staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast consisted of hot scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee and juice. Our stay was quiet and safe. We recommend the Riviera for those who are not looking for all the bells and whistles of the expensive chains.

On the surface it seems clean but on closer inspection, it was dirty. Shower plug blocked. Bloody tissue behind bed. Very basic functionality.

Older motel. Fairly clean but could use updating. Nice and quiet but not many people staying. Ok breakfast. Excellent and friendly staff.

Hi Neil glad you enjoyed your stay we have been making updates as we are in the slow season right now any suggestions you have we would like to hear them as we have just replaced all carpets with new flooring and the curtains were replaced with new blinds just last fall.

Room was dirty Hairs were on the tables and in the refrigerator too. So much dirt on the microwave and on the tables. Bed was broken too. Bedsheet and quilt had some kind of stains on it.

The bed was not made: it is covered with dirt and hair. There're no towels. The floor is extremely dirty. The AC is old and has only two heat modes instead of temperature setting.
