"beautiful boutique hôtel, staff was amazing!"

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was absolutely charming as was her daughter."
