They tried to turn our radiator on and when that didn’t work, they brought in a small portable radiator for the night for us to be comfortable. "

"We were very please with our stay at the Hyatt. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and we really enjoy having a glass of champagne and food at the Windo Sky bar on the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again. "
