"Wow, tout simplement incroyable ! Un hôtel-boutique chic, élégant et de bon goût, à un prix très accessible. Le personnel est exceptionnel : tellement gentil, attentionné et avenant. Le déjeuner est délicieux. Les chambres sont remarquables, avec leurs lits modulaires qui se rétractent électriquement pour dévoiler un espace de travail ainsi qu'un sofa. Les œuvres d'art d'artistes locaux, exposées partout dans l'hôtel, ajoutent un cachet unique à l'expérience. Et une chose qui m'a particulièrement marqué : l'odeur. Tout sent incroyablement bon dans l'hôtel ! Une expérience mémorable que je recommande sans hésitation."

"The inside of this property is wonderful. It was clean, spacious, had a great view (second street in) from the port where cruise ships come in. We had a fabulous week here. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 was communication. We were supposed to be informed on how to get into the property five days prior to our arrival. I had to email the day before to get this information. Once there, all the instructions inside (kept neatly in a binder) were in French. I contacted the host and asked if she could send info on what they expected from us upon our departure. They wrote back saying they would contact me prior to our departure. It was no surprise that no one did contact us - so we left the unit tidy, turned down the heat, took out garbage etc. It's a shame when people own places like this but have horrible customer service. The only other complaint was the noise. We could hear the guests below us at 7 am; moving chairs, a child constantly running & banging, etc. The neighbour's dog is also a barker - which obviously doesn't bother the owner - but can make one crazy after a half-hour of non-stop yelping."
