"Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available."

"The toilet was broke as soon as we got there the room was raggly and old bed slept terrible and the neighbors party till 6:00 in the morning keeping us up all night even after calling the office it did not stop they do have a hot breakfast if you can eat it a biscuits were like rocks no orange juice no meat or pancakes and this was an hour before the breakfast buffet was over definitely do not stay there and I will never go back to a Red carpet inn"

"Seriously, worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. In the first room assigned, half of the lights didn’t work, the floor was sticky where something was spilled and not cleaned up, and it was just dirty in general. Got moved to a new room and it was significantly better … but still not something they should be renting out. Walls were half painted, ceiling had bad spots and shower’s water pressure was bad. Also the AC was insufficient as we cranked it down to 61 and the room was still warm, and there was a constant weed smell. And to top it off, the front desk person badmouthed the person ahead of me with some racist comments after they left. The hotel is undergoing some remodeling, but they should just shut it down. It was priced at $98 a night, so I expected a decent facility. Truly a crappy hotel and would have moved somewhere else if we hadn’t already paid. "

"Dirty clothes in drawers dirty papers and tissues trying to plug my phone in. Wifi did not work upon arrival, no hot water when i tried to shower after waking up, topped off with no coffee in the morning or cups and lids and everyone just stands there to watch the struggle not a comment concern or care in the world! "

"The room was wonderful the staff was wonderful everything was clean neat and orderly they serviced you with a smile i had a problem with the toliet completely because of me they came ready to work on it got it done in a matter of minutes left and still had a smile on there face me and my family loved them "
