Staff was great. Room was clean. Section 8 residents noisy and unkept. Breakfast was terrible. Grits and scrambled eggs. At 730 grits were dry and eggs were the same. Not good.

The staff was amazing!! Next I'm in town we will stay with them again. They went above and beyond for us. They even let us swim in the pool past closing hours ty so much for being so awesome 😁

Room was clean, spacious and quiet! Staff was excellent and checkin was quick. Breakfast was good. Love the grits and that banana bread; reminded me of my grandmothers. Will definitely be back and next time I will be bringing my bathing suit. The pool looks so good and they have the lounging chairs I can relax in! My new go to for my work trips to Kinston.

Once we arrived, the room we had reserved was not clean. However, MARIA jumped right in and had it ready while we got a bite to eat. The room was clean and all i really saw was a need to be painted and bathtub didn't drain very well. Great place to stay with my dog. Has good area to walk and a small pin w/ shelter so one can sit at the picnic table on a sunny day and watch their dog play. For the price, we'll return.

Fair price for a three star room.

About what we expected. A fair price and a fair room. Needs some attention, though. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Night stand drawer was barely hanging on. Could have used some dresser drawers to put stuff into. None in room. Fridge and microwave were fine. AC and bed were great. We will probably stay here again.

Room was some what clean but carpets really dirty my feet looked like i had walked outside. Door was a little hard to open. Staff was friendly. Second day of our stay was woke up early by staff to move our cars due to something they were doing to parking lot. Then had the smell of hot tar all day.

there was no dining just coffee, no pool towels,no channel guide for the TV. No there was a rack to hang clothes but no hanger. The lady at the deck was nice and because there was nothing on the computer that showed my reservation. Lucly for me I printed the confirmation email which she used to check me in. Very thankful to her and all her help.

We arrived at 7:45 pm with the expectation of hopping into the pool after a long car ride only to find out the pool had closed 10 minutes prior! It's summer vacation!!! Then in the morning we got up early enough to get the hot breakfast advertised only to be told they no longer offer it because it costs them money and business hasn't been good. The toilet was slow and noisy. However, the room was very clean and had a great mini fridge but no coffee maker. It also sported an actual Roku TV which was amazing.

I changed rooms three times. First room had mold on the walls. Second room had critters and no hot water or phone; no suitcase rack. A place for hangers but no hangers. Third room had critters too. And later find we had no phone. It had a suitcase rack. No place for hangers and no door hooks for robes or towels. The refridgerator worked great on the highest setting. The cold breakfast was not surprising at all. I saw no cream cheese for the offered bagels. You have to use a key to get into the cateria. There was nothing HOT about breakfast other than some microwaveable oatmeal and instant grits ot some toast. The guest laundry room was unavailable.That's a two hour slot for $7. Why wasn't there any cable? I like the easy accessible to my car, the area for my dog to walk.

I love how I am always greeted. They always ask to make sure we have everything we need. They are so polite. Their pool is awesome. I absolutely had to go swimming. I had a great stay!

The tv was broke in the room so we couldn’t watch tv. The floors were in okay condition but they are heavily soiled and gives the room a not so clean feel. I would like to suggest making all of the floors hardwood floors. This was if guests spill things it could easily be mopped. I would also suggest keeping your rates the same after any upgrades. Raising then prices because you made the floors decent, or did any thing else to ensure a decent stay for your guests makes the guests not want to stay as much. We feel like okay, you fixed the floor but raised the prices not cool. One of the reasons guest stay at this particular location is because of the prices. While competitors are charging outlandish prices, we are looking at Nations Inn like a reasonably priced place that isn’t trying to take advantage of the customers and care about offering services at a price everyone can afford.
