located near amenities (fast food, sit down restaurants, bus line) and super affordable. sure, it's a bit run down, but you can't beat the price and location. it is quite loud, due to being so close to the beach/malls there's a lot of traffic. the IHOP behind the hotel had an issue with their fire alarm going on for long periods also.. but hopefully that's not a regular occurrence. there was no breakfast service either, so take that into consideration.

Pretty terrible.

This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine.

The area is nice but the hotel itself is almost a hotspot for a sketchy vibe. Worst part by far was the fact that the hotel room doesnt have any type of blocker at the bottom so any bugs or crotters can crawl into the room. We found two bugs in the room during our one night stay. This also means anybody outside the room can hear inside and you hear everythong going on outside. Price was good and i see why now. Room itself was pretty clean besides the vents

Even though the place is a little run down, it was fine. There is rust in the rooms. There is no room cleaning service. There was an extra fee that was added for amenities. I had to ask for an iron and there is no iron or ironing board in the room. They have these tiny pillows. I wish they were bigger. The staff was okay. But very quiet. It is within walking distance from tons of restaurants. It's close to the beach. You could walk to the beach if you wanted to but it is a less than 15-minute car ride to the beach or a short bus ride.

On the plus side the hotel is clean and in a central location. On the minus side, the room lacked maintenance especially, the door, the wall, and bathtub. During heavy rain the water came 3 feet into the room from under the front door. Furthermore, beside the daily resort fee, was also asked to pay a daily parking fee. Was aware of the resort fee but had no prior information of the parking fee. Additionally, since the room was on the side of the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise.

The front desk staff were polite and understanding. the property was insanely disgusting. Was not able to get refunded. Upon arrival i had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had hair and stains on the sheet and smelled like smoke, the second room was invested with bug, third room had no wifi and ceiling was dripping water. I really wish i could have gotten my money back and gone elsewhere. The location is good though, close to the beach and many restaurants and malls.

I paid 170 on expedia. But, must pay another 280 at check in for resort fees , parking, taxes and deposits to stay in a room with a very dirty floor. Two towels came w the room, one w hair on it. Requested cleaning like note in room said, but nobody could come until the next day at checkout. Note said don't swallow pool water.Tub water was leaking from the spout. The free breakfast was closed every day. Holes in the wall. Surrounding area is fine if you have a rental or other transportation. Local restaurants close by 10 pm.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It’s disgusting. My first room flooded from the above room. The second room I wouldn’t let my dog stay in. Rust on everything. Walls are crumbling. Sheets had holes. Chair was literally sticky. This place should be removed from Travelocity. It is thee worst hotel I’ve over seen. Oh yeah there is definitely people selling drugs out of the back rooms. I saw 6 cars go into a room for 5 min then leave. Luckily I Travelocity was able to get a full refund for me & I slept in my truck. Not ideal but it was clean and safe

The property is in a nice location; however, it needs to undergo major renovations. The first room we were given there was bugs on the ceiling, the bathroom had rusty handles and the floor did not look clean or mopped. there was also a heavy smoky scent in the room, so we went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The front desk agent did change our room and it was in a better location and the room did not smell as smoky as the first room. It was also cleaner; however, the room did not cool below 74 degrees even though we turned the thermostat all the way down to 65. I would not recommend this property to anyone at this time.

The room is very old and dirty. The stairwell smelled like urine and throw up. The door to get into the room needs replaced as the paint/plywood is peeling. The refrigerator is rusted and that’s the first thing you see when you open the door. The couch looks like something the homeless people sleep on and the vents were extremely dirty and dusty. The dining room table is bowed in the middle and the chairs have holes in the material. Let’s not forget the bloodstains on the walls. The bed skirts are old and stained. The door in the bedroom was sealed with plastic grocery bags stuffed at the top, real classy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until this place gets a complete makeover!
